Position
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
· Product category portfolio management
· To achieve product category business sell-in/sellout target by activating consumer with product news, events, and integrated marketing support
· Brand Image enhancement via disciplined communication strategy with creativity
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
** Market understanding and analysis
Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market trend and competition analysis via beaute research (quarterly & yearly)
- Monitoring competitors’ launches, activities with business insight
- Analysis of competitive offering (portfolio, claims, pricing, offer, etc)
- Analysis of competitive channel strategy, productivity & investment efficiency
- Analysis of competitive communication (share of voice, asets, social performance, events, etc)
Consumer Understanding
- To understand Dior users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions, expectations
- To understand potential consumers and their needs
- To understand competitive brand users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions via social
- To understand marketing trend
** Product Management
Portfolio management
- Manage product forecast / potential with accuracy & quality while meeting deadlines.
- Manage cosmetic portfolio with accurate product information (OCD / EOL & pricing, etc)
- Well manage non-cosmetic information and life cycle (launch & EOL)
- Well manage porftolio mapping
Launch 360 campaigns
- To develop localized launch plans based on international marketing plan
- To maximize the impact of star product launches through good storytelling, advertising, merchandising, PR, CRM, training, channel activation, performance media, crm, event, offers and training, etc.
- Lead and collaborate with cross function team and drive synergy & efficiency.
- Closely monitor by productivity evolution
Communication
- To work with media manager on the implementation of monthly media plan, developing lay-out and artwork with agency and meeting deadlines
- To prepare advertising materials to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication
- To work with PR team on storytelling and social communication to build impactful social campaigns
Merchandising
- To work with VM team to implement monthly VM plan & event VM plan and meeting deadlines
E-business
- To work with EC team to validate all product campaign product page, campaign page and performance media
BI/CRM
- To work with BI team on market insights
- To work with CRM team on differentiated consumer recruitment campaigns.
Event
- To work with Retail marketing & event agencies and lead the event design/consumer engagements based on product concept and budget guidelines.
- To monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from Retail Marketing
Training
- To work with training team on implementation of product concept and consistent storytelling in all types of trainings.
