Position

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver seamless compensation and benefits (C&B) services and end-to-end operational support to assigned Maisons, ensuring alignment with both global frameworks and local market practices.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

a. Accurately executing payroll calculations and payroll-related cost reconciliations in compliance with statutory and company policies.

b. Developing, managing, and forecasting payroll budgets in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Finance teams.

c. Preparing comprehensive C&B reports and dashboards for leadership review and decision-making.

d. Evaluating, designing, and updating sales commission and incentive plans to drive performance, retain top talent, and support business objectives.

e. Participate in benchmarking surveys, assessing internal equity and external competitiveness of internal positions.

f. Reviewing and validating salary proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

g. Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities related to compensation structures.

2. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Maisons to enhance workforce effectiveness through data-driven C&B strategies.

3. Maintain confidential HR database ensuring legally compliance.

4. Performs other ad hoc tasks requested by line manager.

Position Requirements:

1. 3-5 years overall C&B or operation experience, exposure to HR digital roles will be preferable.

2. Sound data sense, analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Understand the business and organization needs and can translate it into total reward/ HR resolution.

4. Closely partner with the HRBP and/ or business leaders and share intelligence and insights.

5. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
