主要职责：
- 带领团队完成每月的销售任务
- 正确执行当月的市场活动
- 确保柜台陈列，货品，销售报表，人员形象，培训及顾客维护工作的执行
- 及时传递公司的各项工作要求与内容给柜台人员
- 收集商场及竞争对手的活动资料定期反馈给主管
招聘要求：
- 丰富的百货零售柜长经验（化妆品优先）
- 高中及以上文化程度
- 具备良好的销售技能、香水知识
- 良好的沟通技能和学习能力
