MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

To train our BAs to improve their productivity, together with the regional training manager

To follow up the in-house training to the field, to ensure a practical roll-out on site

Create, review and enhance content of local training program


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

1) Improve BA consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer, upon the F.R.E.S.H. selling ceremony

2) Deliver the training program independently, such as new BA training, new product training, upon the BA career path.

3) Identify training objective for every store visit according to the retail strategy. Then,

provide on-site coaching to BA and help them to build confidence while working in the field

4) Evaluate the BA together with Sales Manager

5) Liaise MKT Product Managers to create, review and enhance content of local training Program

6) Deliver the training course to all field training as a model, support training manager to complete the TTT program

7) Conduct beauty workshop for the customer

8) Maintain and upgrade BA image

9) Identify training objective for every training course according to the training strategy

10) Support brand for animations and any events

11) Assist in training manager to achieve the target of training department


PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

Bachelor degree or above

Over 3 years’ related experience in cosmetics industry

Good literature skill and good at presentation

Good understanding for cosmetic retailing environment

Excellent communication and presentation Skill

Coaching skill / Communication skill is a must

Strong interest in cosmetics/retail industry and willing to work under pressure

Willing to travel frequently
