Position

工作地点：上海新世界大丸柜台

工作职责

1. 销售工作

• 从事商场柜台或店铺销售工作，通过团队协作以达到店铺销售目标

• 每日销售数据的录入和维护

• 完成每月销售指标

2. 客户服务

• 积极主动提供客户咨询服务

• 做好售后服务，主动、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息

• 积极维护品牌形象

3. 店铺日常运营

• 配合完成店铺日常库存盘点并确保数据准确无误

• 配合进行柜台及店铺陈列及更换

• 配合店铺日常运营：包括货品管理，柜台及店铺清洁等相关工作

• 严格遵守品牌各项运营的要求

4. 培训相关

积极参与员工培训，包括产品知识、服务质量、基本电脑操作等；以达到

店铺销售人员所具备的综合素质要求，提高和完成销售业绩

5. 其他

• 遵守公司的政策与相关规定

• 协助店长完成店铺其他相关事宜


基本要求

• 一线化妆品销售经验 1年以上

• 肤质好，容貌端庄，形象气质佳，五官端正等

• 为顾客提供专业的护肤知识和理念、帮助顾客掌握必要的肌肤护理常识

• 性格外向，亲和力强，善于微笑能够承受较大工作压力
