Position

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Proactively and independently lead the Negotiating and contracts signing process with key Landlords group and cross function teams. Including external BOHs, regional HUBs, temp store and main store renewal/expansion etc;
  2. Act as Internal and external contact window and bridge for multiple projects, including secure marketing resource, gather key competitions information and coordinate all relevant groups in order to accelerate project agenda.
  3. Competitor insight intelligence support for decision making process. Also be responsible for store area/facade data collection and analysis . presentation preparation is needed as requested
  4. Store BOH gate keeper by performing analysis on sales needs against company resources.
  5. Ad-hoc needs per business needs and handle daily operation process.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  1. Attention to detail, logic thinking, quick and responsive. Analytic skills and sensitive to numbers, finance background is a plus
  2. Great communication skills with both internal and external
  3. Ability to work under great pressure and uncertainty
  4. High agility to adapt in different occasions and with different counter parties
  5. Team player and has strong ownerships. Outcomes driven.
