Position

  • 销售管理
  1. 管理并负责店铺内各类销售目标的达成
  2. 带领员工正确执行专卖店SOP流程（店铺日常运营标准，货品管理，收银标准，开关店，服务流程等）
  3. 带领店铺员工正确执行各类推广计划
  4. 制定店铺的销售计划，分析和完成各类销售报表
  5. 带领店铺员工维护并保持品牌形象，员工个人形象符合品牌要求
  6. 收集市场及竞品资讯


  • 人员管理
  1. 有效合理安排每月及每日的店铺排班表
  2. 定期辅导和核查员工的专业技能，提高员工绩效
  3. 营造团结合作的团队氛围
  4. 定期评估员工各方面的表现，制定员工发展计划
  5. 确保店铺员工通过各项培训考核


  • 客户管理
  1. 确保客户信息完整有效
  2. 做好售后服务，主动、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息
  3. 定期与客户沟通并建立积极的客户关系
  4. 具有处理客户异议的能力


招聘要求：

  • 零售行业从事店铺经理至少3年或以上的工作经验（轻奢品牌或5星级酒店的管理人员及化妆品行业优先考虑）
  • 容貌端庄，五官端正，肤质佳
  • 性格外向，亲和力强，较高的奢侈品敏感度
  • 良好的沟通能力及解决问题的能力
  • 较强的计算机技能及办公软件的运用能力
