Position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data management & analysis support:
- Internal data resources: 1. CDP Data on Shopper/Campaign Performance/Tagging and Segmentation 2. IWSR 3. Nielsen E-commerce Data
- Public data resources: 1. Custom data 2. Financial report (Luxury, W&S) 3. National Bureau of Statistics
- Other public or syndicated resources: 1. Consulting firm, e.g., Bain, McKinsey 2. Research firm, e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Mintel 3. Luxury industry, e.g., Luxury Daily, Jing Daily 4. W&S industry, e.g., WBO 5. Competitor related, e.g., WeChat, Weibo accounts
- Reporting support: Provide support for report analysis and research projects incl. but not limited to:
- Market intelligence: 1. China Monthly Update 2. IWSR Annual Report
- Desk research:
- Desk research on different topics for market and consumer monitoring: 1. Macroenvironment 2. Industry (Luxury, W&S) 3. Consumer 4. Competitor 5. Contribute to digital marketing/CRM project mechanism and consumer journey with observation on latest market trend
- MH internal platform support:
- Support on platform management
- Source insight and populate data from platforms
- MH Inspire: 1. China Collection management 2. Report sourcing
- Admin & paperwork:1. Meeting coordination 2. Administration support to the team including but not limited to Concur finance process, FOC application and POSM delivery, documentation for legal/compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proactive team player with good communication skills
- Logical thinking, proficient in Microsoft Excel and fluent in spoken/written English
- Previous experience in digital marketing, CRM or data analysis preferred
- Min 4 days/week
