This strategic role is an ideal role for someone who thrives on developing young talents, strengthening stronger employer branding and driving impactful programs in a dynamic global luxury context. You will be part of the Group HR China’s Talent Management team, reporting into the Senior HR Director and collaborating closely with HR teams across our Maisons.

Major Responsibilities:

Next Gen Talent Strategy & Development

  • Lead end-to-end Next Gen talent initiatives, from attraction and engagement to long-term development and career progression.
  • Design and manage career development initiatives and community building to prepare high-potential talents for future leadership roles.
  • Identify star talents through career meeting and support their growth journey in the group.
  • Lead and implement LVMH Group Retail MT Program while aligning curriculum, rotations, and mentorship based on Maison needs.

Campus Strategy and Employer Branding

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key universities to create innovative initiatives to attract and recruit the best students.
  • Plan and execute engaging omni-channel campus initiatives in collaboration with Maison synergies including online campus livestream, offline campus talk.
  • Develop targeted employer branding strategies for university audiences.
  • Create compelling digital content on digital platforms in collaboration with Corporate Communications team.

Talent Management

  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives such as succession planning, internal mobility and HR for HR initiatives.
  • Track program effectiveness using data-driven metrics and gathering stakeholder feedback.
  • Coordinate cross-Maison efforts, manage timelines, and deliver reports to leadership team as required.

  • Influence and connect through authentic and high-impact communication.
  • A strategic thinker who use data and insights to drive actions.
  • Proficient in analytical tools, Microsoft Office and digital platforms (e.g. WeChat Official Account Platform)
  • Experience in event management, content creation, or employer branding is preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; French is an advantage.
