Position

工作职责：

1. 销售工作

  • 从事商场柜台或店铺销售工作，认真接待每一位顾客，完成每月销售指标
  • 能够完美应用纪梵希流程及销售技巧销售产品，并给予相关彩妆及护肤演示
  • 每日销售数据的录入和维护


2. 客户服务

  • 积极主动提供客户咨询服务 ，及时了解客户的需求，提供针对性的建议和产品推荐
  • 积极维护品牌形象，为每一位顾客营造难忘的购物体验，展现和传递纪梵希品牌价值


3. 店铺日常运营

  • 配合完成店铺日常库存盘点并确保数据准确无误
  • 严格遵守品牌各项运营的要求，配合进行柜台及店铺陈列及更换
  • 配合店铺日常运营：包括货品管理，柜台及店铺清洁等相关工作
  • 协助店长完成店铺其他相关事宜

基本要求：

  • 年龄30岁以下，身高160cm以上（男女均可）
  • 高中或同等学历以上
  • 拥有良好的个人形象，五官端正，面部没有明显瑕疵
  • 身体健康，无不良嗜好，无明显纹身刺青和穿孔
  • 具备优异的销售技巧，对品牌和产品知识有深刻了解
  • 有2年的化妆品销售经验优先考虑
