Position

Position Title : Senior Specialist, Legal & Government Affairs            

Department: Legal and Government Affairs    

 

Responsibilities:

Be responsible to provide timely and professional support on government affairs, in the meantime working as the coordinator of legal team:

Ÿ   Support on government affairs, in particular company key certificate, subsidy application each year, and energy assessment;

Ÿ   Support on network sustainability, in particular relevant license issues of new store opening, closing, in charge person change etc. in a national scale;

Ÿ   Support on legal process digitalization & optimization, to improve legal process efficiency;

Ÿ   Legal budget and payment management, to keep legal budget in line with company annual budget policy in the meantime fulfill requests from the team;

Ÿ   Work as a coordinator of legal team and play an active role as a contact window in company level activities;

Ÿ   Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Qualification Requirements:

Ÿ   Undergraduate from a reputable PRC university is a must, legal background is preferred;

Ÿ   2+ working experience, in particular, experience in government affairs or PR is preferred;

Ÿ   Good communication skill is a must, with team cooperation spirit;

Ÿ   High standards of ethics and professional integrity;

Ÿ   Details orientated, and reliable;

Ÿ   Adaptable, and strong ability to learn fast in changing environment;

Ÿ   Solid English skills.
