Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Art & Cultural Project Support: Assist in research and preparation for all art and cultural projects, contributing to the development of the Maison’s cultural positioning in China.

  • Event Coordination: Support the preparation and execution of events, including logistics, materials, and post-event reporting.

  • Industry Insights: Conduct research on Chinese art trends, competitor activities, and cultural movements; compile regular intelligence reports.

  • PPT Content: Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and HQ reporting; organize visual assets and data.

  • Admin & Operations: Support daily administrative tasks including scheduling, expense tracking, and file management; assist in contract coordination and documentation management; provide bilingual translation and proofreading.

 

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

  • Skills: Strong research capabilities, advanced PowerPoint skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Profile: Passion for art, culture, and fashion; detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Availability: Available 4 days per week for at least 6 months.

• Skills: Advanced PowerPoint design skills, strong research abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Traits: Passion for luxury/art, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Availability: 4 days/week for 6 months.
