Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. 负责丝芙兰抖音内容侧生意，包括但不限于用短视频以及达人内容引流直播间和货架进行转化.
  2. 根据产品机制与平台活动节奏，制定内容产出方案，并进行方案落地.
  3. 挖掘产品卖点与镜头需求，与品牌和市场营销部门联动，形成有效的内容制作brief.
  4. 根据种子视频，带领供应商进行视频剪辑和扩大，并根据数据对短视频内容进行剪辑调优.
  5. 制定抖音内容投放策略，包括但不限于费用/人群/节奏等规划.
  6. 负责内容相关机制制定与沟通，优化更适配内容测的产品组合和机制.
  7. 持续测试并优化视频投放效果，复盘内容投放数据，提升整体效率.
  8. 探索抖音内容自然流量打法，帮助提升整体流量效率.
  9. 相关的财务管理与规划，以及流程.
  10. 协助渠道负责人完成部分的店铺日常运营工作.

 

Qualifications:

  1. 具有丰富的短视频内容与投放优化的经验（2年以上），熟悉短视频承接链路与逻辑，包括不限制于短视频挂车，图文短视频，自播等.
  2. 有较强的短视频分析与优化能力，对美妆行业和产品有感知.
  3. 要具备基础的短视频剪辑能力，具有一定的网感.
  4. 悉抖音流量逻辑，付费流和自然流获取逻辑与方法论；熟悉抖音店铺操作更优.
