Position

Job Summary:

Ÿ   Support the Category Replenishment Manager in driving KPI achievement for E2E inventory management and supply chain efficiency.

Ÿ   Assist in understanding category merchandising strategies and translate them into actionable supply chain plans.

Ÿ   Coordinate omni-channel inventory management to ensure stock availability and efficiency.

Ÿ   Facilitate supplier collaboration to secure resilient supply and reduce risks.

Ÿ   Support identification and execution of initiatives/projects for continuous improvement of operation efficiency and accuracy.

Ÿ   Provide visibility of key data and progress to cross-functional teams and build alignment.

 

Responsibilities:

Ÿ  Check OOS at regular basis and alert to whole categories, consolidate supply limit/recovery plan for line leaders;

Ÿ  Manul push for SET/singles/Tester;

Ÿ  Fulfillment status collection and alert to line leaders;

Ÿ  Reporting and Tracking support to all category replenishment if needed.

 

Qualifications:

Ÿ  0-3 years working experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning.

Ÿ  Basic understanding of omni-channel retail model and basic knowledge of category inventory management.

Ÿ  Proficiency in Excel and SQL; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or automation tools is a plus.

Ÿ  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ÿ  Good written and oral English skills.

Ÿ  Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and grow into an independent manager role.

Ÿ  Able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
