Position
-协助店经理管理员工日常行为规范，确保员工遵守Dior工作标准，激励员工创造良好的销售业绩
-保证对客户的服务符合公司标准
-与客人沟通，了解客户需求，努力提高客户满意度，反馈和处理客户意见和部分投诉
-达成个人既定销售任务，并协助店经理完成团队既定销售任务
-维护老客户和发展新客户
-推动和跟踪销售顾问提供的每日/每周/每月的销售来确保达成预算
-协助店经理完成店铺日常行政工作
-协助店经理发展团队。
职位要求：
-大专或以上学历
-三年以上奢侈品行业销售管理经验
-具有良好的亲和力及销售能力
-具有较强的数据分析能力和随机应变能力
-具备良好的团队管理能力和员工辅导能力。
