Position

Job Purpose

Drive luxury retail omnichannel business rollout and growth. Link business needs with product development, optimize strategies with data and WeChat/WeCom expertise, and coordinate resources to deliver business results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate real business needs from store teams.
  • Design omnichannel products adapted to WeChat/WeCom ecosystem.
  • Lead end-to-end product development and delivery.
  • Track product performance and drive iteration based on feedback.
  • Analyze business performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Build data framework, define KPIs and turn insights into actions.
  • Coordinate cross-team and external partners for smooth execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; retail/e-commerce/marketing preferred.
  • Fluent English & Mandarin.
  • 2-3 years luxury/international retail experience.
  • Experience in omnichannel rollout or product development.
  • Hands-on WeChat & WeCom product operation knowledge.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving and execution.
  • Proactive, results-oriented and quick learner.
