Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To assist the Director and the team on coordination and daily administration, including regular reporting, data coordination, meeting prep, meeting schedule, and ad-hoc project supporting.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1. Administration and reporting

  • Meetings coordination
  • Digital and Omni-channel Activation calendar update
  • Assist the Digital and Omnichannel team with admin tasks, including daily/weekly/monthly reporting data support, competitor clippings, etc.
  • CRM Team magazine management.
  • Ad-hoc project support by request.
  • Purchase order creation for content and digital marketing team based on request
  • System management
  • Team logistic management.

2. Schedule Management and Meeting Preparation:

  • Meeting preparation and timeline management for local weekly status meeting; monthly meeting with central counterpart.
  • Other presentations by request of Digital and Omnichannel Director

3. Daily Admin Support to Digital & Omni Director
