领导销售团队

通过个人客户互动、销售技巧和成交销售树立榜样，推动店铺销售。

以高绩效行为为榜样，激励和指导初级客户顾问。

 

保持产品专业知识

维持对产品线的专家级知识，包括产品的特点、优势、价格、可用性、保养服务等。

 

指导客户顾问

指导初级客户顾问，分享产品知识、客户服务技能和公司规程。

参与旨在提升团队绩效的培训计划。

 

支持运营

 

根据需要协助副经理和店长进行运营职责，如库存管理或安排员工班次。
