Job Responsibilities
Digital Platform & Content Management
Corporate Website Maintenance
- Edit, proofread, and publish Chinese press releases
- Track content progress and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct compliance checks for published materials
Global Intranet Operations
- Adapt English news for Chinese audience
- Plan topics, write and publish articles, and maintain archives
Social Media Support (WeChat/WeCom)
- Assist in topic planning and bilingual content review
- Produce simple video edits & organize raw multimedia assets
- Proofread designs and manage member databases
- Maintain posting archives and performance records
Projects & Event Execution
Internal Meetings
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate logistics (room booking, tech setup, attendee scheduling)
Corporate Events
- Support on-site execution and guest management
- Assist in agenda planning and vendor coordination
Administrative Operations
- Track contracts & process vendor payments
- Manage corporate gift inventory & promotional materials
- Coordinate meeting arrangements
Requirements:
Available to start from end of May 2026, working onsite 5 days per week for 6 months (must maintain active student status during the internship).
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Translation, or related fields preferred.
Written Bilingual Mastery:
- Native-level Chinese literacy (writing/editing)
- Professional English proficiency (writing/editing)
- Proven ability to produce publication-ready bilingual copy
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic video editing capability for social media adaptation.
