Position

MISSION STATEMENT:

Work closely with DOS , FR and TR stores to ensure that brand and visual merchandising standards are maintained in all stores. Coordinate and assist with new store openings, events and window campaign changeover, provide training of JWA every 2 months.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Supervise the store VM of DOS, providing monthly report checking and evaluation. Monitoring the VM instruction implementation. Ensure the store image is always in high standard. 
  • Monitoring the store VM of FR and TR stores. Work closely with FR and TR team to collect VM monthly report and give feedback by every month, assist with VM tools and props ordering to make sure the image of those stores are in line with DOS.
  • New store opening. Order props and prepare VM plan for new store opening. Assist in on-site VM set up and VM report.
  • Window changeover. Be responsible for window project of DOS, FR and TR. 
  • Assist in events. Provide VM plan for FR & TR events and monitor the set up.
  • HJ event and exhibition supporting. Support the on-site set up of HJ events and exhibition together with the team.
  • Providing training to FR & TR stores. Deliver the most updated VM guideline and VM strategy to stores and monitor the implementation. Organizing VM training to store VM ambassadors every 2 months.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English 
  • Good sense of visual merchandising 
  • Knowledge of Bulgari Products 
  • IT Applications (Office, Photoshop etc.) 
  • Flexibility, creativity and Innovation 
  • Well organized, excellent organization skill and ability to work under pressure of tight timeline.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Attention to details.
  • A team player who can work independently and proactively in reaching the goals.
