Position

MISSION STATEMENT

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth mid-to-end operation of BVLGARI e-commerce platforms by managing product planning, listing & inventory, order fulfillment processes, and sales supporting materials inventory while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

WEIGHT (% of time)

EC INVENTORY PLANNING & GOVERNENCE (50%)

1. Oversee EC stock levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock replenishment processes.

  • Provide sales forecast for key campaigns and ensure stock readiness 
  • Routine monitoring and flagging risk inventory, providing timely forecasts and alerts to stakeholders.
  • Manage product loaning collaboration to internal & external parties.
  • Responsible for stock transferring between EC & DOS on a daily basis.

2. Fragrance Shelf-Life Management:

  • Create replenishment plans, place purchase orders with fragrance suppliers and handle issues (shortage, damage, delay)
  • Track and manage product shelf-life, issuing alerts for upcoming expirations and supporting necessary actions.
  • Regular reconciliation

3. Work as the main contact window with warehouse team, plan & manage locally produced sales materials inventory 

EC OPERATION BACK-END FLOW MANAGEMENT (30%)

1. Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer complaints, including issues related to returns, refunds, and exchange orders, as business representative. Take initiatives to improve refund performance.

2. Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process and guide the EC packaging service standards to ensure the consistent BVLGARI shopping experience

3. Facilitate cross-department collaboration for initiatives to improve warehouse workflows regarding stock/order/warehouse/packaging/etc. and ensure seamless project execution and timely launch. 

EC Product Management (20%)

1. Daily product listing, SKU attribute maintenance, News Launch follow-ups

2. Adjust product display, collection ranking per campaign requirements and sales trend

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Language: Fluent in English and Chinese 

Professional experience & know how:

5 years above experience in consumer goods industry

Technical & management skills:

  • Good skills for office software, excellence in excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good project management skills, able to coordinate various stakeholders.

  • Strong sense of luxury industry.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity.
