根据品牌价值和DNA推动店铺业绩。通过定性的客户体验发展对现有客户的品牌忠诚度。
领导团队确保业务目标达成。
职位责任:
推动业务发展,实现销售成果最大化
- 每日监控关键绩效指标和销售结果
- 在晨会中设定每日目标
- 制定行动计划以达成月度/年度目标,同时加强和提高团队的销售技巧
- 激励团队达成目标
- 与总部沟通产品和视觉营销的定性和前瞻性反馈
代表品牌,开发市场情报
- 视觉营销:持续维护视觉指导和展示标准
- 在仪容仪表方面以身作则。确保团队始终代表品牌(制服政策,仪容整洁指南等)
- 门店里的品牌大使,并在市场中建立网络
- 对城市竞争、新零售店、即将到来的项目充满好奇心和各类相关知识的储备
- 了解城市和各市场的经济状况,预测潜在影响
以卓越水平管理运营门店
- 完全了解并应用商店操作手册
- 组织和监督所有后台工作(库存和现金)
- 采取措施使店面保持在卓越水平(清洁、设施、店面维护)
- 准备和监控滚动库存和年度财务库存
管理团队以促进绩效和卓越
- 招募员工,与人力资源部门合作招聘最优秀的人才
- 新员工入职,确保新员工遵守入职流程,评估试用期间的性能和整合情况
- 建立团队精神和鼓励绩效和主动性的氛围
- 重视/奖励绩效,并通过持续反馈对绩效进行管理
培养技能和能力:
- 为每个团队成员定义能力方面的发展计划,在PCR会议期间跟进该计划
- 与人力资源部讨论员工发展计划和执行
- 确定门店内潜在的继任计划
- 分享知识,培养团队的普遍兴趣,时尚趋势,竞争对手的更新,艺术,镇上的展览
通过定性的客户体验发展长期的客户关系
- 培养数据收集和数据准确性
- 培训并授权团队培养顾客忠诚度
- 招募和培训团队通过个性化的关系来招募新顾客
- 识别重新激活休眠客户端的操作
- 主动建议/提议活动,以发展业务和顾客数据库
职位要求:
- 8年以上时尚奢侈品零售行业工作经验,3年以上管理工作经验
- 良好的产品和材料知识
- 对品牌有良好的了解,喜爱KENZO
- 良好的管理和表达能力
- 计算机能力(包括windows、文字处理和电子表格等)
- 会英语优先考虑
