Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for store expansion targets and field operations.

2. Demonstrate individual negotiation expertise.

3. Manage and facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication to meet the dynamic needs of store operations, construction, and design.

4. Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards, conduct risk evaluation, and implement control measures.

5. Oversee the management of existing store assets and maintain good landlord relationships.

6. Prepare and review reports, including P&L analysis, technical and legal document collection, and due diligence investigations.

7. Monitor and manage market intelligence.

 

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in retail store expansion.

Strong familiarity with the retail business landscape in assigned region of China, with established relationships in shopping malls and retail real estate.

Good understanding of commercial real estate laws and technical requirements related to store expansion.

Strong business communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to revise contracts and draft business documents.

Experienced in cross-functional communication and presentations.

Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of partnership and ownership in internal communications. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and adaptable approach.

Proficient in business English and Mandarin in both written and verbal.
