Position
岗位职责:
1. 销售与客户服务
o 负责店内的日常销售；
o 主动接待顾客，了解需求，提供专业产品介绍与建议；
o 达成个人及团队销售目标，提升客单价与成交率。
2. 货品与视觉陈列管理
o 严格执行品牌的视觉陈列 (VM) 标准，确保店铺视觉形象符合品牌规范；
o 参与货品的盘点、收货、调拨及库存管理，保障货品安全。
3. 专业知识学习与传播
o 持续学习品牌历史、产品特点及市场趋势；
o 向客户传递品牌价值与文化，提升购物体验。
要求：
个人要求
• 良好的个人形象和气质，具有清晰和有逻辑的表达能力；
• 积极乐观，对香氛和法式生活方式充满激情，乐于分享并能够影响他人；
• 具备高度的责任感和职业道德，有较强的抗压力和处理问题的能力；
技能要求
• 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
• 销售能力强，有1-3年的零售经验；
• 具备良好的沟通表达能力，具有良好的客户服务意识和良好的时尚敏锐度；
• 具备快速学习能力；
• 具有运营小红书平台经验者优先；
