Senior Treasury Analyst

Position

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

• To support BTQ operation from treasury perspective
• To support treasury supervisor in cashflow analysis
• To build and maintain treasury database

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

To support BTQ operation:

1) Prepare and manage application materials for POS codes, 4G/POS/QF configurations, and smart card.

2) Oversee the lifecycle of branch bank accounts, including opening/closing procedures and preparation of statutory documentation.

3) Ensure banks account status in AX& Sapphire system align with business, deployed with proper functions.

4) Perform regular reconciliation of BTQ commission fees in collaboration with Retail Finance.

Monthly Closing support:

1) Maintain an up-to-date bank list accurately in time.

2) Verify and reconcile cash-in-transit balances to ensure precise month-end financial reporting.

3) Prepare BTQ transaction details and confirm remote sales status at closing date.

Treasury analysis:

1) Prepare DPO calculation at closing date and monitor trend.

2) Prepare credit card analysis and access the reasonability.

3) Deliver ad-hoc analytical support for budgeting, rolling forecasting, and flash cash reporting.

AI+ innovation and creation:

1) Leverage cash forecast & analysis with intelligent tools like Power Query, Power BI and Power automation.

2) Develop AI-enhanced tools to streamline treasury processes and drive work in an efficient way.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, PQ, BI tools is a strong advantage.
• Solid analytical skills with experience in financial data, especially from treasury perspective.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Good command of English as working language.
