KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION

该职务所需的主要资质

- Good acquaintance about cosmetic production process; knowledge about GMP, ISO9000, quality management and quality tools.

- At least 3 years’ experience of processing/production in cosmetic/food industry.

- Bachelor in cosmetics, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, medicine, pharmacy, public health or food or laws.

- Good English writing and oral. French is a plus

- Good process thinking and process management.

- Good data analysis and problem solving.

- Good communication and document writing.

- Creativity, innovation, ability to think out of the box.

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

- Support manager to build and implement quality assurance program

- Lead investigation and action plan for deviation, non-conformity, quality issues and customer complaints, etc.

- Lead root cause analysis for key cases, carry out continuously improvement plan.

- Organize quality tour and internal audit, coordinate with all departments for CAPA.

- Standardize/optimize current process and procedure.

- Maintain quality system document and external document.

- Refer to the requirement of CFDA, work with different function to achieve the regulation compliance.

- Complete the registration job timely and correctly.

- Other projects and tasks assigned by the manager
