Position
Sales and business development
· Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the team is also aligned with the Brand DNA
· Is responsible, coordinating the Assistant Store Manager and the team, for the optimization of the overall sales performance of the store, through the constant increase of customer service standards and the continuous development of the product knowledge and of the team selling skills
· Constantly monitors the team sales performance through the main KPIs, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager, to improve sales
Can analyze the market context in which works and to suggest improvements: indeed, adequately knows market trends and competitors to analyze and identify business opportunities/initiatives with
· the aim of improving sales, promoting new products, in line with the overall Company objectives and policies
Client management and CRM
· Maintains excellent customer relationships, coordinating the Assistant Store Manager and the store team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and for the proper management of all the critical situations related to the overall sales process/to the customer claims
· Ensures that the network of external relations is expanded and that relations with traditional partners and prestigious people are maintained to promote customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VIPs, always liaising with the Retail Manager
Team management
· Actively participates in the store team scouting and selection process and knows the market and the store trends in the reference area, in collaboration with the related HR Manager
· Creates a cohesive team coordinating its different activities to make sure that the team members are always motivated and competent
· Ensures the professional growth, the product knowledge, and the training of the store team, by constantly stimulating them to be up to date about the luxury industry and sharing the career plans with the Retail Manager
· Reports the quantitative target, received from the Retail Manager to the store team and defines, always liaising with the Retail Manager, the qualitative ones, always ensuring their achievement by analyzing results, monthly verifying activities and making constant touch-base with the team and setting up yearly appraisal
· Guarantees, coordinating the Assistant Store Manager, the proper store team shift planning, to provide the necessary resources to manage the expected workload, being constantly update and aware of the personnel needs
· Ensures the organization of the daily opening activities and that the store complies with the visual and maintenance guidelines (product presentation, visual merchandising installations, maintenance activities, organization of the retail space and back office, etc.)
· Sets up and runs daily/weekly and/or monthly meetings to provide key messages and priorities to the team and to keep the communication channel always active both top-down and bottom-up
· Keeps the team always informed about the store performance through the proper tools agreed with the Retail Manager
· Ensures enforcement of labor laws and sales regulations with the support of the Headquarter
· Ensures the proper management of all the administrative and accounting responsibilities and activities and of the respect of the FENDI internal procedures
· Applies all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of both personnel and customers
Visual
· Oversees the visual merchandising practices and standards ensuring that the store windows, the displays and the store and product image are in line with the corporate and Central Visual guidelines
Based on company standard, and aim to create extra mile service to wow the customer

Share the bsuiness targets witht the team members, assist team members to define their own working plans, provide constant coaching and feedback to leverage tehir knowledge and skills
· Constantly monitors sales performance and informs the Visual Merchandiser, the Buyer, and the Retail Manager about the slow mover items to set-up specific visual fitting to increase sales
Operations and procedures
· Is familiar with all the corporate procedures related to the store, delegates and oversees their proper execution
· Is informed about the products sale’s trends and of the customer demands and can exploit this knowledge for the inventory management, to streamline the stock management
· Always keeps a good communication with Logistics, Operations, and other stores
· Is responsible for the prevention of any theft and loss and ensures that the store surface is enough covered and monitored, coordinating the Assistant Store Manager, and keeping the Retail Manager informed
· Makes sure that the security procedures are properly carried out (store management, procedures related to the management of the store safe, etc.)
Stock
· Is responsible for managing and optimizing the stockroom, coordinating the Stock Manager, to guarantee that it is in line with the sales potential, liaising with the Retail Manager and the Buying
· Supervises and controls all the activities related to the annual closing, the category flash inventories and the annual fiscal inventory
· Is responsible for the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom
