General Mission

To provide an independent appraisal of store and HQ operation processes to identify chance for risk management, loss prevention and efficiency improvement and to follow-up with the relevant remediation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently perform store audits, deliver high-quality audit reports, communicate and ask for feedback from retail department and follow-up agreed improvements in a timely manner.. (>70% workload)
• Communicate with retail department in a way of Internal Control Business Partner and to prepare necessary update of store audit plan and training to the retail department.
• Independently perform process review of HQ processes to output control documents including but not limited to flowchart, Risk Control Matrix and process narrative.
• Other assigned ad hoc tasks including but not limited to other specific audit projects, Annual Risk Assessment, Control Self-Assessment, data analysis or fraud investigation.

Qualification:

• Knowledge of Internal Control or internal audit. SOX, CSOX, PN21 compliance is a plus.
• Minimal 2 years’ working experience in a risk consulting or internal control or internal audit outsourcing department of a firm, preferably a big-four firm or a firm with equivalent reputation. (1^st year Senior or above).
• Store audit working experience or process review or audit experience in a corporation is a plus.
• Project or working experience in retail, FMCG, E-Commerce or cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Loss prevention or fraud investigation related working experience is a plus.
• Be patient, persistent and sharp in repeatable store audits.
• Proactive, self-disciplined, result-oriented and have curiosity and creativity is a plus.
• Accept 30-50% trip rate to tier 1 to tier 2 cities of mainland and Hong Kong of China.
• Bachelor or above degree.
• Could use English as the working language: reading and writing a must, listening and talking a plus.
