PURPOSE OF THE JOB

为丝芙兰美容顾问提供培训完成销售指标，与丝芙兰店方建立良好的关系。


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• 丝芙兰美容顾问培训和店内指导。

• 组织有效的美丽课堂

• 确保门店每月的销售指标达标。

• 确保品牌形象和市场排名。

• 确保计划的有效执行。

• 日常柜台的维护管理（产品，库存和陈列）

• 学习迪奥和相关竞争者的相关内容，分析潮流趋势，尤其是丝芙兰渠道。

• 与团队和迪奥培训部分享信息，加强合作。

• 与店方建立良好关系。
