- 计划和完成店铺销售指标和各项关键绩效指标
- 负责确保店铺优质服务，确保客户满意度
- 提供员工培训和发展，定期沟通工作表现和改进计划
- 主导和确认分配的业务与店铺柜务工作准时完成
- 遵守公司和店铺营运要求和品牌准则
任职要求：
- 热爱零售行业，对香水化妆品行业有热忱；具有三年销售管理经验者优先
- 具备专业操守，前瞻性领导才能，和出色的协调组织能力和团队建设能力
- 具有高度的责任心、积极性与学习能力；并有有良好，热情，细致的服务意识
- 具高压力性，主动承担额外工作和解决客诉的能力
- 仪容仪表：面部及其它身体裸露部位无明显疤痕、纹身
