Position

目的

最大化负责门店的零售销售额，提升区域内各专柜的市场份额、排名和生产力

监督、指导并激励柜台店长及美容顾问

负责招聘及团队发展

负责柜台的形象及执行

负责店内促销活动及销售活动的执行


主要职责

零售销售发展

  • 制定销售计划并按门店管理销售业绩以达成目标
  • 与职能团队协作，确保订单处理及库存管理高效，保证门店库存最优化
  • 编制月度销售报告提交管理层（包括新品上市的商业线数据）
  • 向管理层汇报竞争对手的营销活动
  • 销售团队管理


激励美容顾问具备团队精神并以目标为导向

  • 定期进行柜台巡访，通过定期辅导和绩效评估促进美容顾问的发展
  • 与培训团队合作，确保美容顾问参加必修培训课程
  • 实施本地激励计划
  • 确保招聘到最合格的柜台经理和美容顾问
  • 提出发展计划以提升知识和技能
  • 参与美容顾问的门店分配
  • 规划并控制零售活动费用预算


品牌/形象及陈列执行

  • 通过视觉陈列、商品展示、美容顾问仪容仪表及销售点活动提升 Fresh 品牌形象
  • 严格执行并定期检查销售点的商品陈列、装饰及运营条件，确保符合品牌标准及总部指南


促销/活动管理

  • 监督并执行市场部制定的促销活动
  • 与商场协商争取视觉资源、促销活动场地等
  • 管理每次促销活动的准备状态及反馈报告


岗位要求

  • 至少6年销售部门团队管理经验
  • 对零售业务（百货商场）有深入了解/丰富经验
  • 具备强大的领导力及人员管理能力
  • 有组建高效团队的经验
  • 结果导向的成功者，具备雄心、动力和活力
  • 务实踏实
