Position

Responsibility:

·Manage stock replenishment and direct to stores process with WW Supply Chain and Logistics

·Coordinate stock build up processes and monitor deliveries to meet target launch dates, customer’s requirements, special event and new store opening schedule

·Monitor inventory by supervising the target stock level in the stores, reviewing and adjusting according to seasonality and evolving trends. Manage local rebalancing process and closely monitor the fulfillment rate and conversion rate.

·Collaborate with Merchandising team to review, revise and adapt plans to maximize sales while optimizing stock for Seasonal and Permanent products.

·Review rolling sales forecast of Carry over items.

·Coordinate the Depletion Stock Process with Markets and Logistics

·Work closely with HQ and local team to ensure effective communication and proper workflow according to global guidelines and standard.

·Prepare and update analysis reports for management performance review

·Coordinate the Staff Sale Event and liaise the work flow with vendor


Requirement:

·2 - 3 years working experience in supply chain, demand and distribution or merchandise planning, in Retail business, preferably in Luxury Fashion Industry.

·Degree holder in related disciplines

·Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams

·Detail minded and sensitive to numbers; Performance Driven; Good interpersonal and communication skills

·Excellent organization skills, detail orientated and ability to multitask;

·Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Access and Power BI are a Must)

·Excellent command in written and spoken English

·Demonstrated working knowledge of Retail KPI

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style. Called by the legendary five Fendi sisters, the collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld began back in 1965 and lasted 54 years. In 1992, Silvia Venturini Fendi seconded him in the Artistic Direction; in 1994, she is given the direction of Accessories and later of Menswear. In 2000, the LVMH group acquires Fendi becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
