Reporting to the Operations manager of MH Wine Estates, you will assist MHWE Maisons & MH Central teams on all topics managed in Paris : Sustainability, Safety & Supply Chain. This will allow you to learn on many topics & projects which are often linked one to another.
Job responsibilities
Sustainability
• Be the point of contact for MHWE on Sustainability topics: work closely with MH central team and with our Maisons
• Support Maisons in their carbon emission reduction plan (actions & tool)
• Coordinate the LVMH annual Environmental reporting for our Maisons and work on restitution for MHWE
• Work on various topics: eco-design, MH internal KPI, transportation, regulation.
Safety
• Support our Maisons in their reporting and action plans
• Work on a communication for Estate Directors & Safety managers.
Supply Chain
• Develop and automatize reportings (PowerBi & Excel)
• Work on optimization projects and value the impact of improvements.
Profile
Education:
• Engineering or Business degree, end of studies
Technical & management skills:
• Autonomous and proactive in daily operation
• Strong analytics & reporting skills
• Very good knowledge of Excel & Pwbi
• Strong capacities of restitution
• Strong Relationship building skills
• Excellent Communicator
Professional experience & know how:
• A prior significant experience working on Sustainability topics (carbon footprint, reduction trajectory) is required.
• Knowledge and interest in wines is a strong plus
Languages:
• Fluent English & French
