OVERVIEW:
The Client Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to clients to maximize sales and achieve business objectives. They focus on building personalized experiences with clients, understanding their unique preferences to recommend suitable products and services, and offering expert guidance during their shopping experience.
Job responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBIILTIES:
Client Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms.
Product Expertise and Sales:
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s product offering, Retail environment and competitors.
- Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Contributes actively to the business objectives by achieving sales targets (contribution to the store KPIs)
- Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new sales opportunities for maximizing revenue.
Client Experience and Satisfaction:
- Deliver exceptional client experience, creating a memorable experience for clients visiting the store.
- Create desire for the brand with exceptional storytelling about the particular Maison (heritage and savoir faire) and show empathy and passion and following the steps of the Maison’s selling ceremony.
- Ensuring that the aftercare service is followed and issued are elegantly resolved.
Team Collaboration and Store Support:
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices.
- Contribute to maintain a well-organised, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients.
- Embody the LVMH culture and be an ambassador of the LVMH values.
Compliance and data management:
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines, concerning client data, but also transfer store operations etc
