Since 2015, the Master Games have held a central place in the pedagogy of the LVMH Institut des Métiers d'Excellence. For this 2026 edition, more than 200 French and Swiss apprentices worked collectively for several months to present their achievements before a jury composed of Virtuosos and Group business experts. This competition primarily celebrates passion, the dialogue between expertise, and the pursuit of excellence.
Each year, the apprentices of the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence gather around a common challenge proposed by one of the Group's Maisons. The 2026 Master Games edition highlights the Italian art of living embodied by the Maison Acqua di Parma, and invites apprentices to explore and reinterpret the rich tradition of exceptional Italian craftsmanship by creating a unique project expressing the essence of "Italianità".
The students collaborated within eight multidisciplinary teams bringing together expertise with different practices and languages: couture and retail, vine, wine and culinary arts, cosmetic formulation and leather goods... they thus had to demonstrate method, creativity, and rigor to foster dialogue between the professions of Creation, Craftsmanship and Client Experience.
To support their creative projects, the apprentices benefited from the support of Nona Source, an initiative of the LVMH group and a key player in the circular economy, which provided them with textiles from upcycling.
The presentation of the Master Games projects took place on Thursday, April 16, at the Jardin d'Acclimatation and rewarded three groups whose achievements stood out:
- Acqua di Parma Prize – Leather Goods Class (Les Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France) and Retail Ambassador Class (EMA SUP Paris)
- Jury Prize – Jewelry Class (Haute École de Joaillerie Paris) and Retail Ambassador Class (EMA SUP Paris)
- Métiers d'Excellence Prize – Culinary Arts Class (La Grande Épicerie de Paris) and Vine and Wine Class (Avize Viti Campus).
The jury was composed of eleven Virtuosos of the LVMH Métiers d'Excellence as well as Barbara Tagni – Global HRD Acqua di Parma & LVMH Beauty Italy, Héloïse Leboucher – Operational Director Campus des Métiers d'Art & Design, Anne Prieur du Perray – CEO and co-founder of Nona Source, Marion Bardet – Director of LVMH Métiers d'Excellence and Charlotte Arnoux – Head of Institut des Métiers d'Excellence and Development.
The Master Games will continue in Italy on May 26. This is a renewed opportunity to celebrate this new generation who, through their creative strength and ambition, embody and perpetuate the Group's savoir-faire. This is precisely the role of the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence: to train, support, and reveal the talents that will make up the excellence of tomorrow.
The Institut des Métiers d'Excellence thanks its partner schools that supported the apprentices in the realization of their projects:
