Since 2010, LVMH has supported the Montfermeil Cultures & Creation Fashion Show (Seine-Saint-Denis). Created in 2005 by the City of Montfermeil, the event serves as a powerful vehicle for social cohesion, the celebration of diversity, and a message of universality. For this 21st edition, themed “Hope,” the Group has mobilized its Maisons - Kenzo, Guerlain, Dior Couture, Celine and Louis Vuitton this year - to offer young fashion enthusiasts, aspiring creators and amateur models a unique opportunity to learn about and discover the world of luxury.

On Saturday, May 30, 2026, Domaine Formigé in Montfermeil hosted the 21st edition of the Cultures & Creation Fashion Show. Bringing together more than 400 creators and amateur models before an audience of over 2,000 spectators, the event once again celebrated creativity and diversity by providing young talents drawn to the world of fashion and couture with a unique platform for expression.

Ahead of the show, several LVMH Maisons actively supported participants through fabric donations used to create their designs. Dior, Kenzo and Celine helped foster creative expression by enabling participants to bring their projects to life using high-quality materials. Inspiration and craftsmanship were further developed through masterclasses offered by the Maisons, promoting knowledge transmission, talent development and career guidance.

A program of original masterclasses led by LVMH Maisons

LVMH and its Maisons developed a masterclass program designed to support participants from the conception of their creations through to the runway show. More than 200 people took part in the program.

  • Dior Couture Discovery Masterclass: an introduction to the world of haute couture, exploring the codes and standards of excellence of an exceptional Maison.
  • Kenzo Couture Masterclass: four sessions dedicated to craftsmanship and technical know-how, including one held in Kenzo’s workshops. Guided by Maison professionals, participants refined their techniques and brought their creative visions to life.
  • Runway Masterclass with artist Ben DOS: an introduction to runway techniques, including posture, presence and stage confidence.
  • Guerlain Academy Masterclass: a personalized session dedicated to the Maison’s beauty codes and professional techniques, led by Guerlain makeup trainers.

The program is designed to provide young talents with a gateway into this industry and often represents a first concrete experience whose benefits extend well beyond the day of the show itself.

“The Cultures & Creation Fashion Show is a moment of connection, transmission and expression. It allows young creative talents to work alongside our teams, discover exceptional know-how and gain a clearer vision of these professions. It is also a wonderful illustration of the commitment of our employees, who devote their time and energy to making this openness possible,” said Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH.

Awards and exceptional support for winners

At the conclusion of the show, a jury recognized the most promising young talents through three awards. Winners will receive personalized mentoring from LVMH Métiers d’Excellence Virtuosos to guide them in the first steps of a career in fashion and beauty.

This year’s jury included Maud Alvarez-Pereyre (Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH), Gabrielle Saint-Genis (President and CEO Guerlain), Isabelle Faggianelli (SVP, Global Corporate Social Responsibility, Louis Vuitton), Maurizio Liotti (Industrial Director, Ready-to-Wear, Christian Dior Couture), Olivier Théophile (Director of Social Engagement, LVMH) and Vanessa Moungar (VP of Social Responsibility & Inclusion, LVMH).

Fashion Awards – Young Talent Award and Rising Talent Award, presented in partnership with Louis Vuitton:

The two winners, Erijona Malsiu and Kany Diallo, will be invited to an immersion day at Louis Vuitton, including personalized HR coaching, CV preparation, interview techniques, career guidance and an exclusive visit to the design studio.

Beauty Award, presented in partnership with Guerlain:

The Beauty Award winner, Emma Pervieux, will enjoy an immersion day at Guerlain’s historic Champs-Élysées boutique to discover the world of beauty alongside Maison experts.

“Each edition of the Montfermeil Fashion Show reminds us of the importance of our commitment to equal opportunity. By supporting the emergence of talent, the transmission of know-how and the creation of meaningful bridges between our Maisons and young people, we reinforce our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to find their place and develop their potential,” concludes Olivier Théophile, Director of Social Engagement, LVMH.
