Artificial intelligence in the service of human creativity. One year after the launch of AI for ALL, LVMH's AI transformation plan across its various businesses, the Group continues this progressive deployment with one conviction: placing innovation at the service of the excellence and uniqueness of its Maisons.

On November 3rd, nearly 350 participants, including several members of the Group's Executive Committee and various House CEOs, gathered at the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac in Paris for the third edition of Business of Tomorrow. Driven by Stéphane Bianchi, Deputy General Manager of LVMH, and the Group's digital teams, this event allowed for sharing advancements in artificial intelligence and outlining the prospects for a transformation that places humans at the heart of its approach.

From reflection to action, discussions illustrated the multiple possibilities offered by AI across the Group's six business sectors. Anticipating the potential of collections, supporting sales teams, enriching customer relationships, or optimizing operations: these are all applications that open new perspectives for the Maisons, while respecting their identity and values.

Because while artificial intelligence opens new horizons, it cannot replace what makes LVMH strong: human creativity, exceptional savoir-faire, and the personal relationships that nourish its clients' experience. The Group's ambition is therefore to make technology a lever for the benefit of talents and their ability to imagine the future of luxury.

In closing, Stéphane Bianchi recalled the importance of demanding innovation, focused on creating value. "While creativity and curiosity are essential, we must remain extremely focused and demanding. Can we make it a competitive advantage? Does it meet a real need? Does it bring value to our Maisons? Our compass must remain the same," he emphasized.
