Dior has announced an unprecedented collaboration with Chef Yannick Alléno, the most Michelin-starred chef in the world in 2025.

A major figure in French gastronomy, he will take the helm of the Monsieur Dior restaurant at 30 Montaigne, along with La Pâtisserie –renamed “Le Jardin” – and Le Café. These three venues dedicated to the art of refined living are located in the townhouse where the Maison was born in 1946, and which is still home to its famed ateliers.

Inspired by Monsieur Dior and his love of nature and flowers, Yannick Alléno has created an exclusive menu that evokes a fashion collection, where forms and textures dialogue with the world of couture, and with Dior archives and looks.

This convergence of heritage and innovation creates a unique culinary experience that fuses the chef’s innovative techniques and the art of hospitality so dear to the couturier who founded the Maison.

Evoking his vision, Chef Alléno comments: “Like Christian Dior, I am actively engaged with my era. What I propose is to bring the spirit of the couturier to the cutting edge of contemporary culinary creation. I want this to be a place bursting with energy, a place that embodies the essence of the times, just as the House of Dior has always done with couture.”
