Les Journées Particulières: Spotlight on exceptional venues in France, Italy, and Switzerland

This summer, enjoy an exclusive sneak peek into the world of Les Journées Particulières - a journey through iconic locations, passionate artisans, and unique experiences.

Following the announcement this spring of the return of Les Journées Particulières, LVMH gathered the press in France and then in Italy - two countries at the heart of many of the Group’s Maisons’ histories. These events were held under the aegis of Antoine Arnault, LVMH Image & Environment, who originally created the event.

Since their launch in 2011, Les Journées Particulières have pursued a single ambition: to open the doors of exceptional venues to the public and showcase our savoir-faire, alongside the women and men who embody it. For this sixth edition, taking place from October 16 to 18, 2026, 46 Maisons will welcome visitors to 69 locations - some accessible for the very first time - across 12 countries.

Under the theme "At the Source of Dreams" this new edition invites everyone to trace back the origins of our exceptional creations, through the nature that inspires them, the culture that transmits them, and the craftsmanship that shapes them. Ateliers, manufactures, cellars, family homes, archives, and flagship boutiques will reveal the beating heart of each Maison, offering a chance to meet those who bring them to life.

"This new edition reflects what deeply drives us: an uncompromising demand for quality in every aspect, the local roots of our Maisons, and the desire to share a living culture that belongs to each and every one of us," stated Antoine Arnault.

As an exclusive preview, we invite you to discover some of these historic and legendary sites in France, Italy, and Switzerland.

First Stop: La Galerie Dior, in Paris 

At 30 Avenue Montaigne, the Maison’s iconic address since 1947, La Galerie Dior offers an immersion into the history and creative world of Christian Dior. Designed as a destination for discovery, it retraces the Maison’s founding inspirations and highlights the constant dialogue between memory, creation, and savoir-faire.

From Granville to Milly-la-Forêt and the Château de La Colle Noire, nature runs through Christian Dior’s life and imagination. Gardens, flowers, and landscapes have long shaped the Maison’s identity and creations. The visit continues close to the Ateliers - the “beehive” so dear to Monsieur Dior - where seamstresses and artisans perpetuate, from one generation to the next, the precision of the hand and the exacting standards of haute couture.

Heading to Guerlain’s Réserve des Sublimes in Paris 

Usually closed to the public, the Réserve des Sublimes is one of Maison Guerlain’s most precious treasures: a sanctuary dedicated to its heritage and exceptional creations. A true source of inspiration for the Maison’s creators, this singular space is home to iconic objects, including the very first Bee Bottle, created in 1853.

Through these remarkable pieces unfolds the story of a profound bond between nature and craftsmanship. Guerlain’s iconic olfactory signature, the Guerlinade, embodies this subtle harmony, where iris, jasmine, bergamot, rose, vanilla and tonka bean come together seamlessly in every fragrance. From the careful selection of materials to the meticulous hand-finished details, the embellishment of each bottle reflects a savoir-faire that has been passed down and refined over time. The Réserve des Sublimes preserves this legacy, safeguarding all that it reveals about the Maison’s commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and creation.

Heading to Italy : Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, Fendi’s Headquarters in Rome

In Rome, at the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, home to Fendi Headquarters, the House has transformed one of the city's most iconic landmarks into a destination celebrating creativity, innovation, and the enduring excellence of Made in Italy craftsmanship. More than a corporate headquarters, the Palazzo embodies Fendi's commitment to preserving and promoting the artistic and artisanal heritage that has defined the House for a century. 

The Palazzo hosts A Fairy Tale of the Future – Ten Years of Fendi Couture 2015/2025, an exhibition dedicated to the first decade of Fendi Couture. Through an exceptional selection of creations, it showcases the House's distinctive creative language, where design, embroidery, arabesque, intarsia, colour, pattern-making, and extraordinary craftsmanship converge, transforming each garment into a work of art. 

Rather than retracing the collections chronologically, the exhibition creates a dialogue between the creative visions that have shaped Fendi Couture over the past decade, revealing the continuity of the House's savoir-faire and its relentless spirit of experimentation. More than a retrospective, A Fairy Tale of the Future – Ten Years of Fendi Couture 2015/2025 presents the atelier as a timeless space where creativity and artisanal mastery converge, continually reinventing the captivating yet highly crafted language of couture while shaping its future. 

Finally, Switzerland, with La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton 

In the historic birthplace of Swiss watchmaking, La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton opens the doors to its atelier and passionate trades, where exceptional timepieces are brought to life. Visitors will discover the high-precision work of the artisans, standing at the crossroads of watchmaking tradition, creative freedom, and technical excellence. Founded by the visionary master watchmakers Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini, La Fabrique du Temps is rooted in a region where the culture of time, precision, and knowledge transmission have always shaped horological excellence. True to the avant-garde spirit of Louis Vuitton, it brings together a deep respect for the rules of the trade, a meticulous eye for detail, the patience of craftsmanship, and the ambition to always push boundaries.
