Loewe has expanded its strategic presence in Japan with the opening of CASA LOEWE Ginza, a major new flagship on Chuo-dori, one of Tokyo’s most prestigious addresses.

Opened last December, CASA LOEWE Ginza is Loewe’s largest store in Japan and its second-largest in the world. The Maison’s first street-level flagship, the store is situated at the historic Ginza intersection of Chuo-dori and Miyuki-dori, in the heart of an iconic district that melds tradition, innovation and creative excellence. The opening comes as Loewe celebrates its 180th anniversary, underlining its deep and enduring relationship with Japan.

Conceived as a space with both a cultural and commercial vocation, CASA LOEWE Ginza offers a complete immersion into the universe of the Maison.  A series of special cultural and creative events beginning January 9 of this year celebrates the opening, sending a new message from Loewe centered on the rich dialogue between heritage and modernity.

Highlights include the launch of a special collaboration with Kyoto-based ceramic studio Suna Fujita, founded by Shohei Fujita and Chisato Yamano. Known for their poetic and narrative universe inspired by the natural world, they have created exclusive pieces for CASA LOEWE Ginza. Their delicate and playful artworks appear across the iconic Hammock bag, as well as on a shearling coat and a jacket adorned with cherry blossom motifs.

The store also proposes a pre-launch of the latest Loewe x Suna Fujita collection, including fresh takes on the Amazona and Basket bags, alongside a selection of accessories, charms and small leather goods.

CASA LOEWE Ginza embodies Loewe’s commitment to making its flagships unique cultural experiences that blend fashion, art and craft, reflecting the strategic role of Japan within the Maison’s international presence.
