ALL LVMH PRIDE

Over the years, LVMH has reinforced its commitments and multiplied initiatives to accelerate LGBTI+ inclusion in the workplace.

The LVMH Code of conduct ensures that all employees enjoy their rights without any distinctions, including based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Our Information Systems allow gender self-identification for all our employees worldwide.

The Group’s employees and stakeholders have access to the LVMH Alert Line, an online interface that provides a fully confidential and secure way of reporting in good faith violations of the laws, regulations, or internal principles of conduct.

The Group also expressed its commitment through the signature of:

  • The United Nations Standards of Conduct for business on tackling discrimination against LGBTI people (2019). These standards promote equality and prevent discrimination in the workplace and beyond.
  • The Charter of L’Autre Cercle the leading association in France on LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace (2022). The Charter ensures an inclusive work environment through best practices to be adopted within organizations to fight discrimination related to employees' sexual orientation and gender identity.

At LVMH, inclusion is everyone’s business. All employees worldwide have access to our training on Managing Bias & Building Inclusion in the workplace, available in 9 languages.

All recruiters are trained on inclusive hiring practices and resume testing is carried out regularly to reveal potential discriminations, including on criteria related to gender identity and sexual orientation.

In the past few years, the Group has increased its share of voice to accelerate LGBTI+ inclusion through dedicated campaigns such as the global awareness campaign, with displays across our whole ecosystem as well as educating content, launched in 2024.

local events and initiatives.

We are proud to support our All LVMH Pride Employee Network, open to all and existing around the world through 11 local chapters already engaging over 3 200 employees. This network is a powerful employee-led platform for talent engagement, education, awareness and allyship-raising.

For the past few years, the Group has been supporting employees' participation in Pride Walks around the world under the All LVMH Pride network' banner. For this special occasion, each year, we leverage the creativity of our Maisons such as Loewe, Fendi and Marc Jacobs this year, to produce an exclusive t-shirt proudly worn by our talents.

Since 2018, the Inclusion Index takes stock and promotes initiatives supporting diversity and inclusion across the Group and its Maisons. Initially created to collect initiatives achieving better gender equity within the Group, the Inclusion Index has broadened its scope last year to capture all initiatives fostering diversity and inclusion, under 6 reporting categories: Gender Equity, LGBTI+ Inclusion, Disability Inclusion, Origins, Generations and Inclusive Culture.

Since its launch, 230 LGBTI+ inclusion initiatives have been submitted by Maisons, Regions, Divisions and employee networks.

The 2024 LGBTI+ Inclusion category winner was the All LVMH Pride Network with the participation to Pride Walks around the world with the Group’s support.

All LVMH Pride networks participated in Pride Walks around the world under the LVMH banner and with the Group’s support. In total, thousands of employees marched in Miami, Tokyo, Wilton Manors, Los Angeles, Paris, New York, Toronto, London and Cologne. Proudly wearing a T-shirt designed by Jonathan Anderson, creative director for Loewe, Group talents showed their commitment and celebrated a common message of respect and inclusion during Pride Month.
