On the occasion of the International Day of Education, on Saturday, January 24, LVMH reaffirms a strong conviction: education constitutes a powerful lever for development opportunities, inclusion and transmission, at the heart of the Group’s culture and its long-term value creation.

“At LVMH, education is a key part of our People at Heart commitment. It enables us to develop skills, strengthen inclusion and ensure the transmission of savoir-faire, within the Group and beyond, in close connection with our Maisons and the territories where we are present. By addressing our employees, as well as younger generations and individuals undergoing career transitions, it opens up sustainable opportunities and facilitates access to the métiers that define LVMH’s success.” Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH.

In 2025, more than 80% of LVMH employees benefited from training. For example, they have unlimited access to 42 online programs through the partnership with Harvard Business Publishing. Additionally, the Group trained around 11,000 employees across its Maisons, while more than 1,500 managers and executives participated in programs offered by the internal leadership development center, the LVMH House. Training also serves as a lever for the Group’s inclusion and diversity policy: more than 105,000 employees took part in an initiative on this topic.

LVMH also promotes access to education, regardless of background or social origin, through partnerships with schools. The Group is further engaged with higher education institutions to offer students programs featuring professional simulations. This ecosystem includes more than 120 academic events and 10 international Chairs, including one launched in 2025 with EHL (École Hôtelière de Lausanne).

At the Group level, LVMH continues to develop educational pathways specific to its sector. In 2025, INSIDE LVMH, the Group’s education platform open to all, certified over 120,000 people worldwide, offering personalized content and privileged access to the fundamentals of luxury through its Houses, métiers, and careers.

The Métiers d’Excellence initiative highlights over 280 expertise-based professions in Creation, Craftsmanship, and Customer Experience, which are essential to the success of the Group and its Houses. While 97% of French respondents say they have a positive image of these métiers d’art and exceptional skills, only 35% feel they know them well, and 53% believe they are reserved for an elite (Perceptio survey conducted by the Institut pour les Savoir-Faire Français, Ipsos BVA, and LVMH Métiers d’Excellence).

LVMH’s commitment to education and equal opportunities is also embedded at the local level. In Seine-Saint-Denis, one of France’s youngest departments, the Group implements long-term initiatives aimed at promoting social inclusion and access to employment. These include professional discovery internships for nearly 200 middle and high school students, visits to the Group’s Maisons, and programs designed to showcase the diversity of professions and careers within LVMH.

Finally, the Group supports LIVE – L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi, which provides guidance programs for people distant from employment, helping them build new professional projects. Over 2,300 people have already completed this program, and the Group has increased its capacity to 700 participants per year.

Through this comprehensive educational strategy — from leadership development to global learning platforms, from professional training to local inclusion initiatives — LVMH makes education a key lever to strengthen skills, support employability, and ensure the transmission of expertise for the benefit of its employees and future generations.
