The first training program in the luxury industry with a work-study format, the ME Institute offers training in Creative, Craft and Client Experience métiers.

The ME Institute was founded in 2014 to pass on savoir-faire defined by excellence in 34 Craft, Creative and Client Experience métiers, targeting both young generations and people seeking reskilling opportunities.
In each training program, students follow courses that comprise both technical learning and theory, in partnership with prestigious schools and universities and at LVMH Maisons, working under paid apprenticeship and skills development contracts.
ME Institute students learn foreign languages as well, and meet experts and tour workshops and stores during Master Classes. At the end of their training they receive two degrees – one from their school and the Brevet d’Excellence certificate, recognized by all LVMH Maisons and partners of the Group.

The ME Institute is now present in seven countries – France, Switzerland, Italy, USA, Spain, Japan and Germany – and had an aggregate graduation rate of 88% for all schools in 2023. Since 2014, an average of 78% of all students have found jobs in the métiers they learned or continued with advanced studies after graduating from the ME Institute. The great majority of them joined an LVMH Maison or one of our external partners.
The ME Institute recruits and trains young people, including those without prior qualifications or who have decided to pursue new career paths, always conform to our demanding criteria.
By opting for a work/study format, the ME Institute is able to offer practical and concrete training with no fees, as well as degree programs that facilitate employment at the LVMH group, external partners, or other organizations in the different métiers.
