Transmission of knowledge, inspiring career aspirations, and opening up new possibilities: LVMH is rolling out concrete initiatives to promote equal opportunities. Latest episode to date: in June 2025, the Group offered around thirty high school students a professional immersion experience, designed as a true lever for inclusion and career guidance.

Beyond a simple observation internship, the Group has crafted a rich and structured experience that enables young people to gain a concrete understanding of careers in luxury, craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation. To conclude the academic year, high school students were welcomed at several of LVMH’s iconic locations such as Christian Dior Couture, Louis Vuitton, Les Échos – Le Parisien, Officine Universelle Buly, Le Bon Marché, La Samaritaine, Le Jardin d’Acclimatation, and many others. This unique occasion provided them with the chance to engage with dedicated professionals, gain insight into the Group’s varied craftsmanship, and explore the many dimensions of the professional environment.

LVMH has been developing an equal opportunity program for several years to support young people in their educational and career paths, while improving access to training and employment, with a particular focus on the Seine-Saint-Denis area:

  • In 2024, discovery internships were offered to 150 Middle School students, along with visits to the Group’s Maisons to explore careers in luxury, creation, and heritage.
  • Invitations to VivaTech 2025 enabled students from Lycée Alfred Nobel in Clichy-sous-Bois to discover emerging technological trends, explore future-oriented careers, and cultivate their professional aspirations.
  • A partnership with Sciences Po, established through the Priority Education Agreements (Conventions Éducation Prioritaire), which supports access to higher education by providing scholarships and mentoring opportunities.
  • The You & ME program, launched in 2015 in Clichy-sous-Bois, combines immersive workshops, encounters with artisans, and tangible opportunities for apprenticeships and employment.
  • The LIVE initiative (The Institute for Vocations and Employment), launched in 2019, supports adults over the age of 25 who have been out of the workforce for at least a year, helping them build new career paths through personalized guidance.
  • Since 2007, LVMH has been a partner of the association Nos Quartiers ont des Talents (Our Neighborhoods Have Talent/NQT), of which the Group is also a member of the board of directors. NQT promotes equal opportunities by supporting young graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher, under the age of 30, from priority neighborhoods or modest social backgrounds, helping them access apprenticeships and employment. LVMH supports this initiative by enabling our employees, as well as those of our Maisons, to mentor young people and help them integrate into the workforce. In 2024, more than 200 Group employees acted as mentors to young graduates.
  • The Group also co-founded the association ARPEJEH (Supporting the Educational Projects of Young Students with Disabilities), which brings together more than one hundred companies committed to the training of young people with disabilities.

Similar programs are being implemented throughout all our regions. With this ongoing engagement, LVMH reinforces its commitment to fostering diversity in career paths, advancing knowledge sharing, and supporting social inclusion, all of which lie at the heart of its corporate social responsibility strategy.
