Group's talents came together for Pride Month 2025

At LVMH, fostering environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves is a fundamental principle.

Group's talents around the world came together for Pride Month 2025 with their energy and commitment to inclusion. Throughout June, a wide range of initiatives in support of LGBTI+ Inclusion and allyship were carried out around the globe – led locally by LVMH Maisons and by All LVMH Pride, a network of employees supporting LGBTI+ inclusion across the Group.

Vibrant activations, including educational webinars, panel discussions, and awareness workshops, took place across Maisons and Regions.

And for the third year in a row, thousands of LVMH talents participated in Pride Walks, ranging from cities such as Tokyo to Madrid and London. The Marc Jacobs creative studio designed the exclusive t-shirt worn by LVMH talents as a symbol of the Group’s commitment to LGBTI+ inclusion and its firm stance against all forms of discrimination outlined in the Code of Conduct.
