At LVMH, Pride Month is not a one-month initiative. It reflects a commitment we carry throughout the year. We kicked off with “This Is More Than a T-Shirt,” a T-shirt designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton Women’s Collections, and proudly embraced by our teams worldwide. Worn as a symbol of visibility and allyship, it reflects a commitment that goes far beyond June. Throughout Pride Month 2026, LVMH and our Maisons came together to celebrate and continue building a more inclusive environment for all.
For this 2026 edition, a powerful symbol of the Group’s commitment was the Pride T-shirt designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton Women’s Collections, inspired by the work of Keith Haring. He said he was “truly very proud and honored to have taken part in this initiative, which is especially close to my heart.”
Unveiled at the beginning of the month, this T-shirt, made available to LVMH employees and its Maisons, supported the initiatives led by the All LVMH Pride network, including Pride marches organized around the world. Over the weeks, it came to represent far more than a sign of solidarity: it became a visible expression of a collective mobilization and a concrete commitment to LGBTI+ inclusion.
Once again this year, thousands of LVMH employees mobilized across 12 countries/regions around the world, taking part in a series of events. From awareness-raising initiatives to the festive celebrations of Pride marches - notably in Tokyo, Madrid, New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Taiwan, Seoul, and Barcelona - this collective momentum demonstrated the strength of the Group’s commitment on an international scale. Thematic webinars, inspiring talks, and internal awareness initiatives further enriched these efforts, led by the All LVMH Pride network. The network is now active across 13 key markets: Australia, New Zealand, France, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, Iberia, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Thailand, and South Korea.
Diverse by essence, inclusive by choice, LVMH places inclusion at the heart of a shared responsibility. For its employees, being an ally means listening, learning, supporting, and, when appropriate, speaking up with respect. Through this new edition of Pride Month, the Group reaffirmed the need for lasting commitment, built through concrete, visible, and collective action. Pride Month 2026 thus highlighted the strength of this collective dynamic, driven by its employees, the All LVMH Pride network, the Maisons, and all allies mobilized around the world.
“Being part of this community has shown me what collaboration and inclusion truly look like. It makes me feel that I belong to a Group where people actively support one another, celebrate our differences, and work together toward a shared purpose. That is something I am truly proud to be part of”, reminds Joseph Huang from All LVMH Pride TAIWAN.
“Seeing the strength that comes from vulnerability and community was incredibly meaningful to me, and it remains one of the most memorable highlights of my experience with All LVMH pride, and why I feel so proud to be a part of this community”, shares Jahnia Murphy from All LVMH Pride NORTH AMERICA.
“We come from different Maisons and backgrounds, yet every voice matters, and we genuinely listen to each other. That's where I feel I truly belong - in a community we build together, meeting by meeting. It's the steady, behind-the-scenes heartbeat I'm profoundly proud to co-chair”, states Connor Zhou from All LVMH Pride CHINA.
“Being part of All LVMH Pride has been a truly empowering experience. My proudest moment was seeing our collective efforts culminate in tangible support for the LGBTI+ community within the Group, but also outside thanks to our collaboration with charities”, declares Priscilla Besquet from All LVMH Pride UK.
