On the occasion of Pride Month 2026, LVMH is strengthening its commitment to the LGBTI+ inclusion with the unveiling of a new edition of its Pride T-shirt, designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton Women’s Collections. Worn by Group employees during Pride walks held around the world, this T-shirt stands as a tangible sign of a collective commitment.
More than a T-shirt, a symbol of commitment
At LVMH, the inclusion of LGBTI+ inclusion is part of a long-term approach led across the Group and its Maisons. It takes concrete form through awareness-raising, training, and support initiatives deployed internationally, as well as through the ongoing mobilization of teams and internal networks. Since 2019, more than 280 initiatives in support of LGBTI+ inclusion have been launched across the Group.
“At LVMH, we are convinced that an environment where everyone feels respected, recognized, and free to be themselves is not optional. The inclusion of LGBTI+ people is part of the Group’s long-standing commitment, and we are proud that Nicolas Ghesquière for Louis Vuitton has chosen to put his creativity in service of this cause by designing the 2026 Pride T-shirt,” said Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH.
More than a T-shirt, a symbol of creativity serving a cause that matters
Since 2023, one of the Group’s Maisons has designed the Pride T-shirt each year. Following Loewe, Fendi and Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, by Nicolas Ghesquière, has created the 2026 edition. Its design draws on motifs reminiscent of Keith Haring, which also infused Nicolas Ghesquière’s Louis Vuitton Cruise 2027 Show Collection, unveiled in New York City last week. Through this contribution, the Maisons place their creativity and influence in service of a shared commitment, making it tangible and visible to the widest possible audience.
More than a T-shirt, a symbol of unity
Worn during Pride walks around the world - including Tokyo, Madrid, New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Taiwan, Bangkok, Seoul, and Barcelona - this T-shirt will accompany the mobilization of thousands of employees. It expresses both the pride of belonging to LVMH and the desire to support a workplace culturein which everyone should feel respected, recognized, and free to be themselves.
It also embodies an allyship mindset, grounded in care for others, openness to difference, and each individual’s commitment to fostering an ever more inclusive environment. In this effort, the Group can count on All LVMH Pride, its employee network now present in 13 markets, which plays an essential role in raising awareness, encouraging dialogue, and mobilizing teams throughout the year.
“We are very proud of our employees’ commitment on the ground around the world. This collective mobilization reflects our conviction: we are diverse by essence, inclusive by choice, and it’s everyone’s business,” concluded Vanessa Moungar, VP of Social Responsibility & Inclusion, LVMH.
