In 2025, LVMH achieved parity in key positions.
On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Group marks this milestone. Beyond the number, it is the momentum in action that deserves recognition, as tangible proof of the collective transformation underway within LVMH. Because, here, figures are the result of a shared ambition, the strength of an intentional and collective movement, and the impact of concrete actions. They reflect a culture that evolves over time.
"Achieving 50% women in key positions illustrates the strength of our commitment and the impact of our actions. We owe this progress to the mobilization of everyone, to a shared desire to push boundaries and empower each individual to thrive and succeed. It is this vibrant and lasting dynamic that we choose to celebrate today," says Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH.
With the acceleration of its People at Heart policy, LVMH has chosen to place people at the core of its performance. Gradually, this movement is profoundly transforming the Group's culture and giving full scope to collective intelligence throughout the organization: managers who support talent development, employees encouraged to take ownership of their future, and the transmission of knowledge and skills accessible to all. As a team, LVMH gives everyone the keys to success, so that each employee can build a career path that aligns with their aspirations.
The Group's ambition is driven neither by equality for equality's sake nor solely by achieving goals. These are above all markers of the efficiency of the actions taken; they also demonstrate LVMH's ability to remove obstacles -visible or invisible- that can hinder the development of anyone, regardless of gender, age, or background.
The Career Compass program, launching in 2026, will build on and strengthen the initiatives already in place, giving all LVMH employees the tools to shape their career paths; continuous learning and development help them build their skills; and employee networks like EllesVMH, present around the world, offer concrete opportunities for everyone to unlock their potential and expand their networks.
Mentoring, in particular, plays a key role. With EllesVMH Collective, more than 7,500 employees share their experiences and support each other across Maisons, Regions, and functions. LVMH invites everyone to join the movement and foster a culture of knowledge sharing, as a mentor or a mentee.
Professional equality is not decreed: it is built every day, through decisions, behaviors, ways of working, and interacting.
Leading the way, breaking down ceilings, refusing invisible barriers: this is the ambition that LVMH collectively pursues. Creating an environment where everyone can dream, dare, and succeed, regardless of their origin, background, or ambition.
