CULTIVATING EXCELLENCE

At LVMH, developing talent, passing on savoir-faire and encouraging continuous learning are at the heart of the employee experience. Through its “People at Heart” strategy, the Group supports every employee in building new skills, growing their career and exploring opportunities across the Maisons.

This commitment is brought to life through a wide range of initiatives dedicated to learning, internal mobility, leadership and the transmission of Métiers d’Excellence. In 2025, nearly 19,000 permanent employees experienced internal mobility within the Group, while more than 82% of employees took part in training over the course of the year.

SAFEGUARDING THE FUTURE OF THE GROUP THROUGH LEARNING

Every day, the talents of LVMH help shape the desirability of its Maisons through their savoir-faire, creativity and relentless pursuit of excellence. To support their growth, the Group continues to develop learning experiences that are increasingly accessible, international and tailored to individual career journeys.

Created in 2025, the LVMH Academy brings together the Group’s flagship learning initiatives spanning métiers expertise, leadership and personal development. More than 11,000 employees have already participated in its in-person and digital programs.

LVMH also continues to invest in the development of its leaders through “Leading for the Future,” enriched in 2025 with a new module dedicated to artificial intelligence. Since its launch, more than 1,500 executives have taken part in the international program.

INSIDE LVMH, the Group’s learning and discovery platform, now connects more than 470,000 students and young graduates from over 3,000 schools around the world. Fully redesigned in 2025, the platform offers a more immersive experience to discover the Group’s Maisons, métiers and savoir-faire.

The Group is also strengthening support for career development through “Career Compass,” a global initiative designed to encourage internal mobility and help employees build their path within LVMH. Rolled out to 32,000 managers in 2025, the program will gradually be extended to all talents. This momentum continues to create stronger connections across Maisons and métiers: in 2025, nearly 19,000 permanent employees experienced internal mobility within the Group.

SHINING A SPOTLIGHT ON OUR MÉTIERS D'EXCELLENCE

The Métiers d’Excellence are at the heart of LVMH’s living heritage. For more than a decade, the Group has led a wide range of initiatives to preserve and pass on the savoir-faire of its Maisons, support artisans and inspire new generations to pursue these exceptional métiers.

Created in 2014, the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence LVMH is now established in six countries and has already trained more than 3,800 apprentices across 43 métiers. In 2025, nearly 500 students joined its 12th graduating class, while 94% of apprentices earned the Brevet d’Excellence LVMH.

Launched in 2024, the Académie des Métiers d’Excellence supports the development of Maison talents through dedicated training programs focused on creation, craftsmanship and client experience.

The LVMH Virtuosos community now brings together 328 talents whose careers and expertise embody the excellence of the Group’s savoir-faire, including 73 new Virtuosos recognized in 2025.

The Group also continues to expand initiatives designed to introduce younger generations to the Métiers d’Excellence. Since 2021, the “Excellent!” program has raised awareness among more than 8,700 middle and high school students across several countries. In 2025, the fifth edition of the You & ME event welcomed more than 10,300 visitors and featured over 4,500 career opportunities in France and Italy.
