CELEBRATING INDIVIDUALITY AND ADVANCING INCLUSION
With more than 190 nationalities and four generations represented across the Group, LVMH views diversity as a powerful driver of creativity, innovation and collective performance. This ambition is rooted in a strong conviction: enabling everyone — employees, partners and clients alike — to feel respected, represented and free to express their individuality.
Led at the highest level of the Group, LVMH’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy is deployed across all Maisons and regions through concrete commitments supporting equity in career development, the inclusion of people with disabilities, the representation of women in leadership roles and respect for LGBTI+ individuals. This inclusive culture is reflected not only in HR practices, but also in the experiences created for clients, communication campaigns and initiatives driven by employees themselves.

AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE: A KEY DRIVER OF OUR PERFORMANCE
LVMH advances its Diversity & Inclusion strategy through recruitment, talent development and management practices designed to ensure equitable career opportunities at every level of the organization.
This commitment is supported by initiatives deployed across the Group’s Maisons and regions. EllesVMH fosters the professional development of women through mentorship, leadership and knowledge-sharing programs, while the LVMH Disability Mission has spent more than fifteen years supporting recruitment, accessibility and long-term employment for employees with disabilities. The All LVMH Pride network also helps promote a respectful and inclusive working environment for LGBTI+ employees.
In 2025, more than 15,000 employees around the world were actively involved in the Group’s internal diversity and inclusion networks. LVMH also continued to strengthen its prevention and support initiatives, notably by joining the Safe Spaces collective to help combat domestic and sexual violence.
AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE AND MEASURABLE TARGETS
To make inclusion part of everyday reality across the Group, LVMH continues to deploy large-scale awareness and training programs throughout its Maisons.
The digital training program “Managing Bias and Fostering Inclusion at LVMH,” available in nine languages, is being progressively rolled out to employees worldwide. In 2025, more than 105,000 talents had access to the program. Over the past three years, nearly 80% of the Group’s recruiters have also completed mandatory non-discrimination training.
This momentum is reinforced by regional and local initiatives, including “Activating Workplace Inclusion” in the United States and “Culture of Respect” in Asia-Pacific. In 2025, the Voices of Inclusion week once again brought teams across the Group together through conferences, workshops and personal testimonies focused on diversity and inclusion.
FROM BRAND IMAGE TO CLIENT EXPERIENCE
LVMH and its Maisons also bring their commitments to inclusion to life through communication campaigns, in-store experiences and cultural initiatives designed for clients.
Sephora continues to expand initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive client experience, including the rollout of “Quiet Hours” in several countries to better accommodate neurodiverse clients and those with sensory sensitivities. Retail teams are also trained in bias awareness and inclusive client service practices.
The Group also supports cultural and creative initiatives that celebrate diversity in backgrounds, perspectives and representation. In 2025, LVMH notably hosted the fifth edition of the Naked Heart Forum, dedicated to the inclusion of autistic individuals and their access to culture.
BRINGING INCLUSION TO LIFE THROUGH COMMUNITIES
At LVMH, inclusion is also shaped by the commitment of employees themselves. Supported by the Group, internal networks play an essential role in sharing best practices, encouraging dialogue and raising awareness around diversity and inclusion topics. Across many Maisons and regions, networks such as EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride and communities dedicated to disability inclusion and social inclusion help bring the Group’s commitments to life on a daily basis. In 2025, more than 15,000 employees around the world were actively involved in these communities.
This collective momentum is also reflected in the Inclusion Awards, which have recognized the most impactful diversity and inclusion initiatives led by the Maisons since 2018. In 2025, nearly 400 initiatives were submitted — an increase of almost 55% compared with the previous year. Presented during the Dîner des Maisons Engagées, the awards shine a light on concrete actions supporting equity, accessibility, social inclusion and the representation of every individuality across the Group.
AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE STRUCTURED AROUND THREE PILLARS
TALENT
LVMH and its Maisons apply inclusive practices all throughout the human resource cycle. LVMH strives to guarantee the absence of all discriminatory recruitment processes and offer everyone the opportunity to develop their careers. Group practices encompassing a variety of areas including mobility, compensation and social benefits, must be fair. Since 2011, the Group has organized continuous training on non-discrimination and has carried out audits on its recruitment practices.
PARTNERS
LVMH and its Maisons also require all their partners to adopt ethical and fair practices across the entire value chain. The LVMH Supplier and Business Partner Code of Conduct promotes a responsible approach to all of the Group’s partners. It requires a commitment from the Group’s partners to comply with its principles and take steps to ensure their own suppliers are in compliance.

LVMH and its Maisons promote diversity and inclusion through their various communications, both internally and externally. From advertising campaigns through to the in-store experience, each employee and each customer must feel respected and represented.
IT’S EVERYONE’S BUSINESS
Having collected a number of touching and inspiring stories from its employees, LVMH unveiled its vision of a culture that is “diverse by essence and inclusive by choice”. The It’s Everyone’s Business series shines a spotlight on the support the Group provides to the professional and even personal development of its employees, irrespective of their unique characteristics.
